CONSPICUOUS NOTICE: BY USING THIS WEBSITE OR PURCHASING ANY SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MYSTIC ARCHITECT LLC, DOING BUSINESS AS MYSTIC ARCHITECT, PROVIDES SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE, INTUITIVE READINGS, AND CREATIVE CONTENT FOR EDUCATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.

Not Professional Advice: I am a licensed art educator (K-12). I am not a licensed medical professional, therapist, or attorney. These services are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

No Guarantees: Spiritual growth and artistic development are a personal journey. I do not guarantee specific outcomes, healings, or financial results.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ARTIST’S RIGHTS

  • Ownership and Copyrighted Content: All original artwork, meditation scripts, written content, and course materials are the sole property of Mystic Architect LLC, doing business as Mystic Architect.

  • Limited License: Purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

  • Prohibitions: You may not scan, reproduce, or redistribute my work. Use of any content for AI training or commercial stock databases (e.g., Getty Images) is strictly prohibited.

3. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Connecticut Sales Tax: Services and digital products may be subject to a 6.35% CT Sales Tax where applicable by state law.

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of downloadable content, all sales of digital courses and art are final and non-refundable.

  • 1-on-1 Sessions: 24-hour notice is required to reschedule. Cancellations under 24 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged 100%.

4. USER CONDUCT & COMMUNITY

  • Sacred Space: Users must interact with respect. We prohibit vulgar, hateful, or discriminatory language.

  • Termination: We reserve the right to remove any user from group spaces for conduct violations without a refund.

5. PROHIBITION ON AI TRAINING & DATA SCRAPING
The intellectual property on this website—including all original artwork, spiritual frameworks, meditation scripts, and written guidance—is the result of human creativity and lived experience.

  • No AI Training: You are strictly prohibited from using any content from this website, its courses, or its shop to train, "fine-tune," or develop any artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), or large language models (LLMs).

  • No Data Scraping: The use of automated systems, "bots," or software to "scrape," "mine," or extract data from this site for any purpose—commercial or non-commercial—is a violation of these Terms.

  • Moral Rights: As the creator, I assert my moral right to be identified as the sole author of my work and to object to any "synthetic" or "derivative" works created by AI that mimic my unique style or spiritual teachings without my express written consent.

6. PROHIBITION ON COMMERCIAL AGGREGATION & STOCK DATABASE INGESTION

  • No Unauthorized Database Inclusion: You are strictly prohibited from incorporating any portion of the artwork, text, or proprietary spiritual methods found on this site into any commercial database, image bank, or stock photography archive (including but not limited to entities like Getty Images, Adobe Stock, or Shutterstock).

  • No Commercial Resale or Sub-Licensing: The "Limited License" granted for personal use does not include the right to resell, sub-license, or otherwise distribute my work to third-party commercial entities for profit.

  • Anti-Scraping for Commercial Profit: The use of any automated tool to scrape my content for the purpose of creating commercial products, synthetic datasets, or competitive services is a direct breach of these Terms.

  • Right of Publicity: My likeness, name, and spiritual persona are protected under "Right of Publicity" laws. No organization may use these for commercial endorsement or in connection with their own stock-based products without a separate, signed contract.

7. SOCIAL MEDIA SHARING & PERMISSIONS
I love when my work resonates! You are welcome to share my posts and content on social media for personal, non-commercial inspiration under the following conditions:

  • Full Credit & Tagging: You must provide clear credit in the caption and tag my official handle @[YourHandle] directly on the image or post.

  • No Alterations: You may not crop out my signature, remove watermarks, or use filters that fundamentally change the appearance of my artwork.

  • No Commercial Use: You may not use my shared content to promote your own products, services, or brand without a separate, written Licensing Agreement.

  • No Re-Uploading: Whenever possible, use the platform’s built-in "Share," "Repost," or "Embed" tools. Do not download my high-resolution files from my website to re-upload them to social media.

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

  • Governing Law: This Agreement, and all related claims, shall be governed by, and enforced in accordance with, the internal laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

  • Exclusive Jurisdiction: You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State and Federal courts located in the State of Connecticut for any legal proceedings.

  • Waiver of Inconvenient Forum: You irrevocably waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any objection to the laying of venue or claim of an inconvenient forum.
